Delete your account

Download any reports you want to keep and finish any pending checkout before requesting deletion. Deletion removes your account, saved audits and visibility results, report settings, Google connection and associated local billing records. Unused credits and paid report access are lost. This action cannot be undone.

Your Google account is not deleted. This does not automatically issue a refund or delete payment-provider receipts. Operational logs and backups may retain copies according to the relevant providers' retention processes. Read our Privacy Policy for more detail.

1. Sign in to the Groptim account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, then Delete account, and request an email verification code.
3. Enter the code, type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

You can disconnect Search Console from Profile without deleting your Groptim account. We remove the stored connection and attempt to revoke its token. You can also review or remove Groptim's access in your Google Account connections.
