Terms of Service

By using Groptim, you agree to these terms. If you use Groptim on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Groptim analyzes public website content, sampled AI answers and search results to help you assess a website's visibility. Keep your sign-in access secure and use the service lawfully. Do not use it to bypass access restrictions, obtain private information without permission, interfere with other accounts or evade usage limits.

Only submit information you are entitled to use and allow Groptim and its service providers to process for your requested audit. Public website auditing does not grant access to private analytics. Connect Search Console only through an account authorized to access that property.

Reports are point-in-time assessments of the pages, questions and providers checked. They are not a complete record of every search, every AI answer or every website page. AI answers and search results can vary, and automated findings can be incomplete or incorrect.

Review the supporting evidence before acting. A report or recommendation does not guarantee a search ranking, citation, traffic increase or commercial outcome. Sample charts are illustrative and are not the website's actual analytics.

Paid passes are one-time purchases with the audit allowance and duration shown before checkout. They do not renew automatically. Review the final currency, price and applicable taxes at checkout, and keep your payment receipt. Your available credits and pass expiry are shown in Billing.

Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Deleting your account is not a refund request and removes access to unused credits and saved reports. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Audits, sign-in, payments and optional integrations depend on external services. They may be interrupted or change, and Groptim cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the availability of a particular provider's data.

You remain responsible for your website changes and for reviewing third-party terms that apply to services you connect or use. Groptim does not become the owner of your website or Google Search Console property when you run an audit or connect your account.

Our Privacy Policy describes account data, report processing and optional Google access. You can sign out, disconnect Search Console or start account deletion from Profile. Read the deletion details before confirming a permanent deletion.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Purchase-specific allowances and prices are those confirmed for your purchase, and changes to these terms do not remove rights that apply to that purchase under law.
